Making yourself just do it is sometimes all it takes to keep the creative juices flowing. I decided, therefore, to challenge myself to take a shot a day with none other than Canon 50mm f1.8II (aka Nifty Fifty). Hence the series title, slightly modified to reflect my beloved city. Not all will be of the cityscape itself. Some, like this intro piece, would only be what happens to be within this Island that I live in.
