On a whim, downloaded three new apps – CameraKit, Photo fx, and 101 Filters. Fingers itched to buy some more, but I held back. Things were simpler with Camerabag and Vint Shift, but can’t hurt to explore.
With CameraKit. Nice little app film shooters might like. ** The photos you see with the books Avedon Power & Zoe Strauss’s America are all filtered on one original shot.
With 101 Filters. Some crazy ass effects I’ll never use, but some I might for fun.
With Photo fx. This is a very cool app with many, many filters you’ll like. Is popular with DP’s I hear.
But wait…there’s more. The new ‘Magazine’ filter on Camerabag (l). And a bonus shot of a little pole climbing.

CameraKit is the first photography app I downloaded.. I really like it. Now I use CameraBag as well, I love the new Magazine filter, I’ll be abusing it.
